Where have we been?

So I haven't posted in forever. We have just been really busy. I know, I know, everyone is busy, but we really have been crazy. First, and most important, I finished Breaking Dawn!! So much free time on my hands now. Who knew reading was so fun? OK that really didn't take that much time because I just read and read until I had finished. So I neglected everyone again, but it is finally over. Now I can get some sleep.

I told her to jump over this creek and I would be right behind her, after seeing her horse jump, I changed my mind and told her to jump back. My brother had to help convince her horse to jump back over.

Taylor has been really busy riding horses and getting ready for Rodeo princess and the fair. We put a lot of time into that so it keeps us really busy. I posted a picture of Taylors new horse Chrome in an earlier post. Well sad to say we finally get a really great horse and he died on Tuesday before the fair. You can only imagine But she decided to stick it out and use my brothers horse for fair. Considering less than a week to work with the horse, and an emotional 12 year old girl, she did pretty good.
She got her pigs weighed in this morning and we are ready to spend every waking moment at the fair. :)

Chris and I signed up to do the SPUDMAN, Oh that is right, a triathlon. What was i thinking? Well in Jan. I thought I had lots of time to train, but the true procrastinator that i am i didn't. Then I got busy with Taylor and princess stuff,(they were the same day) so my friend Garianne took my spot.
Chris did GREAT, I am very proud of him. We got there at 6 am His wave was at 7:10 so we decided to go check his bike at the bike station and we couldn't get back to the start line because of traffic. We were about 1 mile away and he decided he had to run to the starting line, well he got there and realized I had his wet suit, so at 10 min to seven, he runs back to where I am still stuck in traffic 300 yards away and starts to get dressed, I am driving kinof crazy and finally get to the starting area a few minutes after 7. Chris is running and trying to get his wet suit on as his wave takes off. Some guy zipped him up as he jumped in the water. Started crazy but he did great.
We also went to Island Park and Yellowstone with Garth and Jewelee and their family. We had a great time.
Then we had some friends from Canada come visit, Dallas and Lindsay and their little boy come visit. We had a good time with them. Thanks for the Ketchup chips.
